Get ready to develop or refine your bar muscle-ups in our April clinic! Whether you're chasing your first rep or looking to make your technique more efficient, this session will break down the key strength, drills, and progressions needed to master the movement.

Led by Kieran McGlennon, this workshop will provide structured coaching, hands-on feedback, and progressive drills to help you unlock one of CrossFitโ€™s most technical gymnastics skills.

This clinic is best suited for athletes who can already perform chest-to-bar pull-ups or are close to achieving a bar muscle-up. Drills will be scalable, but foundational strength is required.

๐Ÿ”น Requirements: Athletes should have at least 3 strict pull-ups to participate.

This clinic will be led by Dom Dublin, a well-known Athlete, and gymnastics specialist with an incredible ability to coach and refine gymnastics movements. His expertise and attention to detail will ensure that you walk away with a better understanding and execution of the butterfly pull-up. Whether you're a beginner or looking to fine-tune your technique, Dom's coaching will make all the difference!

What to Expect

This intensive workshop will help you develop efficient and controlled butterfly pull-ups. Weโ€™ll break down key mechanics, drill essential positions, and progressively build towards full reps.

Youโ€™ll learn:

Who Should Attend?
