Our Kids and Teens blocks run in six-week programmes every Sunday, providing an engaging and supportive environment for young people to develop their fitness and teamwork skills. Mini Warriors

Our Mini Warrior Kids programme is designed for 3 to 5-year-olds and consists of an engaging 20-minute session that introduces young children to fundamental movements through playful activities. Each session focuses on physical development in a fun setting, where interactive games encourage little warriors to build strength, coordination, and balance. This nurturing environment fosters a love for movement and fitness, while also promoting essential motor skills. Additionally, the programme enhances teamwork and social interaction among peers, laying the groundwork for a lifelong appreciation of an active lifestyle.

Little Warriors

Our Little Warriors program is designed for children aged 5 to 10 years, offering a more advanced fitness challenge than our Mini Warriors. This 30-minute session focuses on conditioning, gymnastics, and strength building, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. Through dynamic activities and interactive challenges, participants will enhance their physical capabilities, improve coordination and balance, and develop a stronger foundation in fitness. We emphasize teamwork and social interaction, encouraging young warriors to support each other while enjoying an active lifestyle. With our expert coaches guiding them, kids will grow stronger and more confident in their abilities.

Teens

Northern Warrior’s Teens classes cater to individuals aged 10-18, providing a dynamic 60-minute session structured similarly to adult classes. Each class incorporates essential elements such as warm-ups, skill development, a diverse Workouts of the Day (WOD), and a cool down, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience. Participants engage in mastering metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting techniques while enjoying varied workouts that keep motivation high. In addition to physical training, the program emphasises developing strong nutrition habits, fostering a challenging yet fun environment that encourages personal growth and fitness mastery.
