Moresby Parks to the gym is seven minutes — through Distington and down to Bridge End. An easy route even on a Sunday morning with half-asleep kids in the back.
We're the closest kids strength programme to Moresby Parks. Whitehaven has swimming and football, but if you want your child to learn proper movement — lifting, gymnastics, conditioning — we're the only option within 20 miles.
Sessions are short and focused. Minis are 20 minutes, Littles 30 minutes, Teens an hour. Every minute coached. Your child won't be standing around waiting for a turn.

Three groups
Everyone is coached and movements are scaled so kids can progress safely. Age is a guide — the head coach decides which group will get the most out of each child.
Sundays · 10:15 – 10:35
Fun-based movement, coordination, confidence, and listening skills. The first taste of "I can do this" — built one giggle at a time.
Sundays · 10:45 – 11:15
Movement foundations: running, jumping, pulling, squatting, throwing and teamwork — scaled and coached. They'll get strong, fast, and properly looked after.
Sundays · 11:30 – 12:30
Strength, conditioning and confidence. Learn safe lifting, good movement, and how to train with intent. Looks much like an adult class.
