Five minutes. That's Cleator Moor to Northern Warrior — straight down past Wath Brow and you're here. Half the kids in our Sunday sessions come from Cleator Moor or Cleator village already.
If your child goes to Monkray or St Mary's, you probably know parents who bring theirs. Word of mouth is how most Cleator Moor families find us — and the kids keep coming back because they genuinely enjoy it.
No gimmicks. We teach proper movement: running, jumping, lifting, throwing, gymnastics. Scaled to their age, coached by adults who actually care. Mat and Lauren run every session.

Three groups
Everyone is coached and movements are scaled so kids can progress safely. Age is a guide — the head coach decides which group will get the most out of each child.
Sundays · 10:15 – 10:35
Fun-based movement, coordination, confidence, and listening skills. The first taste of "I can do this" — built one giggle at a time.
Sundays · 10:45 – 11:15
Movement foundations: running, jumping, pulling, squatting, throwing and teamwork — scaled and coached. They'll get strong, fast, and properly looked after.
Sundays · 11:30 – 12:30
Strength, conditioning and confidence. Learn safe lifting, good movement, and how to train with intent. Looks much like an adult class.
