Since June 2023 the gym has been co-owned by Coach Joe Bold & Coach Mathew Tomkinson who, both have a huge passion for fitness and welbeing.

What We Offer

Workout of the Day (WOD): Our daily Strength and Conditioning workout, or WOD, is a powerful combination of innovative and engaging movements designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and overall fitness. Hyrox: Combining running and endurance with strength movements like sled pushes and farmer's carries, our Hyrox class is a fantastic supplement to your regular training routine. These classes prepare you for Hyrox competitions and improve your overall fitness, making them a great addition for those looking to challenge themselves.

Open Gym: Our Open Gym sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you to take control of your training. With the freedom to design your workout, whether it’s refining techniques or focusing on specific goals, these sessions allow you to work at your own pace. While not formally coached, our trainers are always on hand to offer advice and ensure safety.

Northern Warrior Kids/Teens: Our Kids and Teens classes are designed to introduce young athletes to strength and conditioning in a fun and engaging way. For kids aged 3-10, our classes focus on developing good movement patterns, while our Teens classes (ages 10-18) are more structured, helping young athletes build fitness and learn correct form in a supportive environment.
